This website is operated by Cloud Cost Room LLC ("Cloud Cost Room", "we", "us"), an independent cloud cost optimization and FinOps advisory founded in 2019, with its head office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and additional offices in Austin, London and Singapore. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to everyone who visits cloudcostroom.com, reads our articles and guides, subscribes to The Cloud Cost Brief, or submits an enquiry or download form. They do not, on their own, create any advisory, consulting or client relationship. A paid engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Use of the website

You may read, link to, and share our content for your own personal and internal business use. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or republish content at scale, or to misrepresent your identity in a form submission. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The articles, guides, white papers, case studies, branding, and design on this site are owned by Cloud Cost Room or used with permission. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not reproduce whole articles, sell our content, or present it as your own. When you submit a form or subscribe, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be subject to the courts located in Florida, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise for that engagement.

We may update these terms as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
