Cloud Cost Room is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or browser zoom.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time box to check, and we factor it into changes as we make them.
What we do
- Semantic, structured pages. Content uses proper headings, landmarks and reading order so assistive technology can navigate it.
- Keyboard access. Navigation, links and forms are operable with a keyboard, not a mouse alone.
- Readable contrast and text. We design for legible color contrast and allow text to scale with browser zoom without breaking the layout.
- Labeled forms. Enquiry, download and newsletter forms have clear labels and visible focus.
- Resilient design. The site relies on text and scalable vector graphics rather than text-in-images, so content stays readable when magnified.
Known limitations
Some areas may not yet fully meet our AA target — for example, certain decorative motion effects, or third-party components such as the embedded form service, which we do not fully control. If motion is a problem for you, enabling your operating system's "reduce motion" setting will quiet most animation on the site. We are working to close remaining gaps.
Tell us about a barrier
If you hit something that is hard or impossible to use, please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to fix it. Reach us through the contact page with the page address and a short description of the problem and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will respond and work to provide the information or function in an accessible way.
If you need any content here in a different format, ask us through the contact page and we will help.
